| PURPOSE: |
To assess, prevent, educate, provide treatment and support to adolescents and adults struggling with substance abuse/addiction issues. Also to assist, educate and empower families of the client. |
| SERVICES: |
Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment for
Adults and Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment for Adolescents. This includes the following:
- Education and Treatment Groups, Family Groups, and Individual and Family Therapy
- DUI Evaluations
- Alcohol and Drug Assessments
- Driver Risk Education
- Drug Testing
- Continuing Care

| ELIGIBILITY: |
Serving ages 12 - 17 (Adolescent)
Serving ages 18 - 21 (Young Adult)
Serving ages 21 and above (Adult)
Services provided on a sliding fee scale.
LSSI accepts Medicaid, EAP, and self-pay based on sliding fee scale. |
| INFORMATION: |
Recreational Therapy is provided as well, in order to educate adolescents regarding healthy and positive physical activities in their communities.
LSSI is a United Way agency. |
