| PURPOSE: |
HRRV promotes living through expert and compassionate care for terminally ill patients and their families. |
| SERVICES: |
HRRV provides:
- skilled nursing visits
- expert pain management
- CNA visits and personal care
- physician consultation
- social work services
- pastoral and spiritual counseling
- durable medical equipment and medication
- dietary consultation
- hospital inpatient respite and acute care
- Hospice Bereavement and Community Bereavement Services

Volunteers are available for home visits depending on the need
- Bereavement services are offered to
families and friends.

| ELIGIBILITY: |
Terminally ill patients with a life expectancy of six months or less – all aged groups are served. HRRV does not discriminate based on race, culture, creed, religion, gender, etc. |
| INFORMATION: |
In addition to patient and family services, HRRV offers a Speakers Bureau in order to educate the community on end-of-life issues as well as a community bereavement program with individual assistance and support groups. |
