PURPOSE: We are a not-for-profit State-licensed Child Welfare Agency. Our objective is to offer hope and restore decency of human life to people. Our purpose is to advocate those changes that will improve the quality of life to those in need. We provide child welfare services to abused, neglected, and abandoned children. We also offer individual and family counseling. The ombudsman advocates for the elderly in nursing homes and provides support to their families.
