The Purpose of Parent Based Education The purpose of this program is based on a single premise. There is nothing more-important to a student's success in school than the type of relationships developed between the students, teachers, and parents. This is a program that will provide a mechanism for the school teacher to form desirable relationships consistent with school system goals while allowing parents to become involved in the development and learning process of their children. The school that makes a conscious effort in promoting, developing, and nurturing good, positive relationships between students, teachers, and parents has taken a giant step in making schooling a successful experience for all students.
